The below terms of service are applicable to all Users who use these products: apartmentmitra.com, member.apartmentmitra.com and the Mobile Apps: ApartmentMitra.
ApartmentMitra.com and Member.ApartmentMitra.com are web-based accounting and management tool and ApartmentMitra app is information app of society for co-operative housing society (here after called as "Products") is owned by Anvi Accounting Services. (here after called as owners) . The products have been developed and maintained by owner.
The contents of ApartmentMitra Services do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
Personal information about you is subject to our PRIVACY POLICY which is a section in these Terms.
Owner reserves the right to:
Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the products or any part of it without notice and you confirm that owner shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal. Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Services following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Products, use of the Products, or access to the Products.
You acknowledge and agree that the Products contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly authorized by owner, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Products, in whole or in part. You also agree not to extract the code or reverse-engineer it in anyway. Any attempt at hacking or unlawful use of the Products can and will invite the maximum prosecution allowable under the law.
All our products are SaaS products; all of these products will undergo continuous modifications in its features and -` Service. In case feature or service is phased out, adequate time and notice will be given to you, so that you may retain the Information assets created by you as part of that Feature. Beyond the time given, you agree that we owner shall not be liable to you or to any third party.
The owners provide warranty that the Services shall be provided as per documentation and the Functionality of the Services shall not be materially changed during the period of contract.
The products are provided on as is AND as available basis. The products may contain suggestions, inputs, documents etc for selection by the registered users or authorized users which in the opinion of the owners are true and correct. The registered users and authorized users are required to make their own judgment as to the correctness of the information contained and the owners do not certify them to be legally valid suggestions , inputs or documents. The owners do not provide any warranty of any kind for any interruption of the service caused due to negligence or otherwise.The owners do not provide any warranty of any kind to the registered users or authorized users as to the correctness of the contents nor the owners provide any warranty as to satisfactory quality, suitability for a particular situation/ purpose , compatibility, security, accuracy and/ or legal validity.
You will manage your passwords and accept updates. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your user id and password. Also you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify owner if, any unauthorized access of your account. Owner will not be liable for any consequence arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
The registered users will only be responsible for all the information stored in the application and accessed by the users. Neither the owners nor the developers will be responsible for any abusive content created, stored and made available to other users by any registered or authorized user. Only the person who has originated such content , and persons who have distributed such contents will only be responsible for such acts.
It is specifically informed to the users that authorized users shall not upload any content / create any content which is specifically prohibited under any law being in force.
The Association and Administrative Users take responsibility to treat the person Data from all the products with same Privacy and Sanctity. Owner takes no responsibility for any data captured in product and published or distributed outside by any User having access to such Data.
The owners may block access to such registered users who are found to indulge in abuse of the Service.
Users are prohibited from aiding in the sale / exchange of any item present in the below list. This is only a partial list and items can be added as and when prohibited to law or brought to the notice of owner.
Airline tickets that restrict transfer, other unauthorized ticket sale - Alcohol or tobacco products - Blood, bodily fluids or parts - Bulk email or mailing lists that contain names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifying info Burglary tools, including but not limited to lock-picks or motor vehicle keys - Controlled substances or illegal drugs, substances and items used to manufacture controlled substances and drug paraphernalia -Counterfeit currency, coins and stamps, tickets, as well as equipment designed to make them - Counterfeit, replica, or knock-off brand name goods - Coupons or gift cards that restrict transfer, other unauthorized coupons or gift cards - False identification cards, forged certificates - Fireworks, firearms and explosives - Gambling items, including but not limited to lottery tickets - Material that infringes copyright, including but not limited to software or other unauthorized digital goods sale - Pornography - Pet animal parts, blood, or fluids - Prescription drugs and medical devices, including but not limited to prescription or contact lenses, defibrillators, hypodermic needles or hearing aids - Stolen property, or property with serial number removed or altered.
In no event shall either party’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms/Agreement, whether in contract, tort or under any other theory of liability, exceed the total amount paid by you under the current active Subscription Term.
In specific owner is not liable to respond to queries from third parties about a Co-Op housing society’s use of the Product. All queries must come from the officially designated Users of the Co-Op housing society’s itself.
By using this Product You confirm that You have the legal authority of uploading and sharing the specific data that You would upload or share on this Product. You indemnify owner of any disputes regarding the ownership of such data.
This agreement is subject to review by either party at any time during the Subscription Term. If either party requires terminating this agreement, 30 days notice must be given and the data will be available for the customer to be extracted during this period. The notice period has to be within the subscription paid duration (Subscription Term).
After such 30-day period, The Service Provider shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any of the Customer’s Data and shall thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of Customer’s Data in the Service Provider’s systems or otherwise in its possession or under its control.
Upon non-payment of Subscription Dues within the Subscription Invoice Due Date, the Subscription is considered terminated and Access to the product is discontinued for the Customer.

Owner categorically state that we shall not sell, rent or otherwise make available the email ids, phone numbers, addresses and any such other contact details and personal information to any third party for any reason whatsoever, unless otherwise provided for in the application.
In order to use the Products, a user must first complete the registration process. Registration can be done by user by providing their contact information and proof of being associated with the co-op housing society or directly by administrator of co-op housing society of which user is belong. In case of registration is completed by administrator, administrator will provide login id to user, user need to generate password using forgot password link on apartmentmitra.com.
The Personal Information stored by user is available to the User and the Administrative Users belonging to the same co-op housing society as the user. Information of Staff of Co-op housing society will be available to flats of respective Co-op housing society. The Vendor information entered is available to the Administrative Users belonging to the specific Co-op housing society. Administrative Users may also enter Personal Information of the Users. ApartmentMitra and owners takes no responsibility for the accuracy of such data entered by the Users or Administrative Users.
These Personal Information are retained for the period covered by the Subscription Term, unless the Administrative Users choose to delete the Personal Information.
Products may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. If you click on one of the links to third party websites, you may be taken to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third party sites.
The Mobile Apps of the Product may need access to data stores in your Mobile Phone, such as SMS, Photos and Contact List etc. The purpose of this access is to provide better functionality of relevant Product Features. If you choose to not provide the necessary access mobile apps will not run to their full potential.
To ensure that unauthorized parties do not get access to information on this portal, we encourage all users make sure that they log-off from all sessions - especially from public computers. We take regular backups of data to protect you from sudden data loss.
